Dear Jeff:

A gang of high school & middle school dropouts has been following people home, beating them up & even knocking them unconcious so that they could gain easy access to their homes in order II steal things. Its being led by a cadre of teenage girls who keep the gang members hooked with drugs. Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department has the job of finding these wayward youth & trying to get them set back on the right path. He's matter of fact about the gang leaders early confidence going in since so many robberies have already occurred.

"Of course they think they've beaten us, they've got a head start!"

Starting The New Year By Trying II Get Dropouts Back In School Joe: Great Work,

Rory
