Gubernatorial-Arkansas

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

February XVIIth, MMXV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow

Dear Gordon:

We transfer over to Arkansas, the Home State of Former XLIInd U.S. President Bill Clinton, Democratic. The new man in charge there after last month is Governor Asa Hutchinson. While still Governor-Elect waiting to be sworn in, Asa talks about his new Director of Arkansas Department of Career Education, a Dr. Charisse Childers. One of many duties of leaders is to appoint folks that believe will use their authority well to make things work.

"She recognizes the critical nature career education plays in our economy, & she has the experience necessary to lead this department under my administration. I have no doubt she will serve this position well."

Little Rock,

Rory

They supposedly recognize the critical nature of education, but are they willing to properly fund the schools?
