A woman & her child who she had just picked up at school were just dropped off at the Georgia Street Receiving Hospital. They were beaten & kidnapped, as well as robbed. Truly a frightening experience for the mom & even more so for for her youngster. Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department is sent in to do his job: investigate!

"He took your watch ma'am, do you have the serial number of the watch? Was there anything else stolen, & could you give us a description of the stolen items?"
