Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

In a bid to lighten the mood after the stressful events of the last week & a half, Executive Dissertations presents Jack Webb in character as Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department trying his hand at comedy in a sketch called The Copper Clappers Caper on "The Tonight Show With Johnny Carson." Visiting Mr. Carson in character gives Sgt. Friday a chance to show that even police must laugh to relive tensions. Also, the Sarge is giving students interested in pursuing a career in comedy through say the traditional "stand-up" format & other avenues the confidence to at least try!

"Do you have any ideas who might have taken the copper clappers from the closet?"

"Claude Cooper Was From Cleveland",

Rory

Was there clamourous clapping?

Clamourous clapping was to be had although not in the closet, clothes line, by the clapboard, or near the collective concerted effort to rig the results of the Clippers Game!
