September XXXth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow Byelection Candidate As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

BIV realizing the error of his ways & switching to "Independent" status, Andre Bellavance, MP was a member of the seperatist Bloc Quebecois caucus. Now he just works for the people Ist (1st) & is not beholden to extreme ideologies. This lets him bring an independent perspective to his job. A constituent of his has been kidnapped in Africa who is a Catholic nun with health issues, so Andre is asking both as an MP & as a human being for help in getting her II safety.

"Someone who has dedicated her life to the education of African children is now in the hands of armed groups. Her family & religious congregation are concerned for her health & safety, especially since she needs to take her medication regularly. As time is short, can the Minister Of Foreign Affairs tell us what steps he has taken to find Sister Bussiere safe & sound?"

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow Byelection Candidate As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

Both inside & outside the Commons chamber (as pictured above), the Hon. Mauril Belanger, PC, MP is working hard for his constituents & Canadians. Sometimes its important to celebrate the little things in life & Mauril is doing that by honouring a constituent who is about II start her IInd (2nd) century of life, its a lovely personal tribute.

"Mr. Speaker, Helen Saipe was born Helen Dworkin in Ottawa, & will celebrate her Cth (100th) birthday this Sunday, September XXIst (21st.) Helen is the mother of Dorothy, Marcia, Geri, & Barb. She is a grandmother to X (10) grandchildren & proud great-grandmother to XIX (19.)"

Dear Gordon:

Increasing youth employment year round seems to be very important to Joyce Bateman, MP & I certainly laud her here for her efforts. Today Joyce is discussing the Canada Summer Jobs program to help students earn income to help pay bills for their educational costs in the fall term.

"Creating summer jobs for students benefits not only youth & employers, but also local economies across the country."

Dear Gordon:

Newly minted in a byelection, John Barlow, MP is anxious to make his mark. Part of that is reaching out to the Alberta Government in cooperation for cutting red tape with words of praise & encouragement for helping get monies needed to flood victims such as students who lost lost their schools & their daily way of life because of the terrible southern Alberta floods.

"This announcement is welcome news for the families & businesses affected by last year's flood."

Dear Gordon:

Always a very strong & effective MP & cabinet minister, the Hon. John "Rusty" Baird, PC, MP is always on the attack defending Canada for Canadians. Catching the political bug at the young age of XIV (14), John explains his approach to not taking any prisoners & heading things off at the pass very quickly in order to get to a sound resolution for Canadians of all ages & demographics faster. Frankly, we are all better off because of this style.

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed.
Minister of Education,
Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow Byelection Candidate As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

Trying to keep citizens safe from extreme heat with helpful precautions is the focus of Paulina Ayala, MP. An Editor's Note: the Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper, PC, MP, Prime Minister Of Canada, Conservative, Calgary-Southwest is an asthma sufferer who lives in an urban riding so he should definitely pay attention here.

"This phenomenon is most common in high-density neighborhoods, which are often home to the less fortunate. Children & the elderly are especially susceptible to its effects. Heat islands can affect human health in many ways: an alarming incidence of asthma among children, more emergency room visits, & a significant increase in the number of smog days."

Dear Gordon:

Robert Aubin, MP seems like a rather stand-up guy! Here he is delivering a male perspective on trying to get young Canadian women (& yes at points sadly even girls) out of prostitution & sexually exploitative situations.

"Mr. Speaker, I listened carefully to my colleague's speech. Of course, we have rather different views on the approach, but there is one thing we might agree on, & that is the support that could be given to the women who want to get out of this industry."

Dear Gordon:

As the proud son of an immigrant myself just like Alex Atamanenko, MP, I can truly see the value in his wanting to make sure Canada attracts good hard working immigrant families that will contribute to make the Dominion Of Canada's multicultural mosaic even stronger.

"The overwhelming majority of people who apply for citizenship & become citizens under our current system become good Canadian citizens."

Dear Gordon:

I really agree with the stance of Jay Aspin, MP. Jay thinks that artisans (such as student ones) have a thriving culture so that art & economic investment prosperity b/c of it will survive. Art makes lives richer according to this fine MP & the better it is supported, the better life in the riding will be for all its citizenry. Of course this goes for all ridings in the Dominion Of Canada.

Dear Gordon:

I like Niki Ashton, MP. This gal truly has spunk, & Niki is on the case of the need for continued home delivery to remote communities with young families and such of Canada Post. Yes the world is getting more & more automated, but there will always be a need for paper mail for certain documents. As a result, Niki is right that "the mail must get through."

"Home-to-home delivery is a critical service for all Canadians. It is especially important in our northern & remote communities where the climate is often unforgiving. We know it will have a particular impact on seniors, young families, and people with disabilities."

Dear Gordon:

The Hon. Keith Ashfield, PC, MP is one smart cookie, no longer in cabinet, he still has the sense as an MP to ensure post-secondary institutions in his riding & all over Canada get research monies so that students can have the very best in research skills. You really have to admire that!

"The NSERC Discovery Grants Program is one of Canada's largest sources of funding for basic research. Our government's investment in the University Of New Brunswick leads to new discoveries that will help drive innovation, job creation, & prosperity right here in Fredericton."

Dear Gordon:

This Scott Armstrong, MP fellow seems to be quite sensible. At this juncture, he is doing what he can at the parliamentary level to try & get youth & families off of drugs. I like this attitude of Scott's.

"Many of the projects will equip young people with the knowledge and skills they need to recognize, cope with, or avoid situations where there may be peer pressure to use drugs. Other projects are designed to provide parents and those who work with youth with drug education & prevention strategies that will help families & communities deal with the growing problem of substance abuse."

Dear Gordon:

Fighting hard for the rights of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officers & others in witness protection, Scott Andrews, MP is truly doing good work to ensure that students & their family's who will produce the cops of the future are kept safe.

"One of the things about this piece of legislation is that it protects our men & women in the RCMP who put people into the witness protection program. It protects them & their families. Could the member elaborate on what protections are in there for our RCMP officers who work within the department to put people into the witness protection program?"

Dear Gordon:

Bully, bully I say for David Anderson, MP. He realizes the need for students & their family's to have access to their parliamentary buildings & structures online with a computer tour. This makes a lot of sense b/c many working family's cannot travel to Ottawa due to time, work, or say financial constraints but still want II be able to access knowledge as to what their federal parliament is doing.

The Student Sayings Of Joe Friday On Fridays From Los Angeles, California Case Sixty-Two

September XXVIth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, No Constituency As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

A gentle reminder from Sergeant Joe Friday & his shift partner Officer Bill Gannon of the Los Angeles Police Department as they head out in an unmarked squad car II deal with a situation wherein a mother got her two kidnapped daughters back after they had been sexually molested & beaten. Sgt. Friday is happy he got the kids back, but has to calmly yet firmly tell the mother that the molester got free & over California state lines, thus making it more difficult to arrest him due to jurisdictional matters. So he has to build up her hopes in her kids & her hopefulness for a better future after their nightmare, & yet he also act to act humble & sad that their abuser is still out wandering the streets.

I Feel Bad Writing This

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

September XXVth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, No Constituency As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

I am writing to you on the gravest of concerns. Your Progressive Conservative candidate IV the Edmonton-Whitemud byelection, the Hon. Stephen Mandel, A. Arts., B. Sc., M. Poli. Sci., Minister of Health, Progressive Conservative, No Constituency As Unelected has plans that are of great worry to me & other Albertans.

While homelessness is of a serious concern, Maury Soroka (cousin of homeless chairperson Murray Soroka) has contacted me about the fact that Minister Mandel plans to use his power as a cabinet minister to ram through a homeless shelter where drug & alcohol addicts would be allowed to partake of these items. Plus, he plans to do it within the confines of Edmonton-Whitemud after being sworn in. Please don't issue any denials but check into it first. He tried to do it in a sneaky way at first by getting then Madam Premier Alison M. Redford, QC, Progressive Conservative, Sewing A New Quilt & your about to be retired predecessor, David G. Hancock, QC, MLA, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Whitemud to force it through under the noses of residents by a secret Cabinet Order-In-Council.

When it happened, then Mayor Mandel, Minister Hancock, Murray Soroka, & the rest of these public officials faced serious push back from Terwillegar, Riverbend & Whitemud residents at a public meeting (I attended so can speak to it personally.) While getting homeless students & their family's off of the streets is very important, wouldn't it be better to place them in say empty homes & schools buildings in older areas to increase occupancy & density levels there? This would certainly be more cost effective as the structures are already in place & things like doctors offices & drug & alcohol support group meetings are nearby. As are places like The Food Bank for nutritional needs.

Delicately As I Wouldn't Want This II Get Out,

Its Not Premier James Tiberius Kirk Its Premier Peter Erik James "Jim" Prentice

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

September XXIVth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, No Constituency As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

Executive Dissertations continues its look at Alberta Premiers as we have a new one, sworn in just IX (9) days ago. The Honourable Peter Erik James "Jim" Prentice, B.Comm., LLB, PC, QC, Progressive Conservative, No Constituency As Unelected brings a wealth of experience to his new job. This will ensure more transparency in Room #CCCVII (307) of the Alberta Legislature. Mind you, Premier Prentice was at one point the boss at a law firm of Former Madam Premier Alison M. Redford, QC, Progressive Conservative, Buying Donuts & Coffee At The Temporary Tim Hortons In An Empty Calgary Home With Her Bottle Recycling Money.

- Jim was Minister of Environment, Minister of Western Economic Diversification, Minister of Industry, & Minister of Indian Affairs & Northern Development in successive governmental mandates of The Right Honourable Stephen J. Harper, BA, MA, PC, MP, Prime Minister of Canada, Conservative, Calgary-Southwest. He had a reputation as a "by the books" kind of minister who didn't create any scandals when he ran his ministerial departments.

- Jim & his lovely bride Karen Prentice (also a Calgary lawyer) have a superb family reputation. They got this from raising their kids & now enjoying being grandparents to two grandchildren. As a result, Jim is extremely concerned about the welfare of Alberta's younger generations.

- Jim knows the value of hard work as he had to work in coal mines in order to pay for his education at the University Of Alberta & Dalhousie University. As a result of this, he is well suited to tell students to work hard & take pride in their work so that they can better themselves.

- Jim showed compassion in his first week for family's of mentally challenged Albertans (including students) by reversing the stupid decision to close Red Deer's Michener Centre. An initiative he deserves credit for acting upon quickly, but I add an Editor's Note. It was Ms. Danielle Smith, MLA, Leader Of Her Majesty's Loyal Official Opposition, Wildrose, Highwood who deserves the real credit here along with her astute MLA's such as Mrs. Kerry Towle, MLA, Wildrose, Innisfail-Sylvan Lake backing her. Without their constant efforts in this battle, Michener Centre would never have been saved from the chopping block. It only took V (5) corpses for the Progressive Conservative government to change its mind!

- Jim showed financial acumen when he got rid of the license plates & shit-canned former Minister of Service Alberta Doug Griffiths, B.A., B. Ed., Progressive Conservative, Battle River-Wainwright. This allowed students in the economics & finance areas of study of the province that the new Premier was truly inII saving money for taxpayers.

Dear Gordon:

Bank safety for student interns & employees is very important. In the financial services industry, it is all very important that the bank vault in each & every branch is secure as possible. However, if either employees or customers lives are in danger, than they should cooperate with the thieves & open the vault in order to prevent possible injuries &/or deaths.

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed.

Dear Gordon:

Canada Post doesn't always get a lot of credit for the good work it does do. The administrators of course quite incompetent, but the forces on the ground such as mail carriers, drivers, & warehouse personnel doing the daily physical work do not get enough respect. Canada Post hires student interns for summer & other postings, sometimes even permanently. While email & the internet are important, internet options will never be able to replace the need IV physical mail to be delivered in a safe & responsible manner! Students looking IV work should look online & in person at Canada Post & sister firm Purolator Courier for opportunities, they might just find a career!

Dear Gordon:

There has been a huge outcry as to what to do with the signs & lumber support brackets with Former Madam Premier Alison M. Redford, QC, Progressive Conservative, Washing Car Windows For Cash name on them at construction sites. Well, what you & Jim (Prentice) need to do is give the supplies to schools for art & construction projects & repairs? In addition to being able to use the wood for construction in shop classes, the signs can be used for making things like posters. The wood can also be used to repair fences & school picnic tables to ensure students & their family's have a safe place II eat meals &/or say study.

Plus It Teaches The Students The Value Of Recycling,

September XXIst, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MInister of Education, Progressive Conservative, No Constituency As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

As a former university professor, Prime Minister John S. Thompson knew about the value of education as he received the best of schooling towards getting his law degree. With this legal mind, he took the mentorship of his late friend & predecessor John A. Macdonald & served as Prime Minister & Minister of Justice simultaneously to guarantee that people of the Dominion Of Canada had fair laws made & enforced.

His legal training led Prime Minister Thompson to be an early proponent & advocate for equal rights for women, such as voting. He lived with three strong women in his house: his wife, his mother, & his sister so this shaped him very well towards the female perspective. So he spoke a few words to university students about it.

"We look forward to it as one of the aims which are to be accomplished in the public life of Canada (the right to vote), because the Conservative Party believes that the influence of women in the politics of the country is always for good, I think, therefore, that there is a probability of the franchise being extended to the women on the same property qualifications as men."

Dear Gordon:

President James Polk was the only candidate for President to win his election but lose the Electoral College vote IV both his birth state of North Carolina & his adopted home state of Tennessee. As such, he is definitely the "go-to" guy for students on just how tough a job he had as Chief Executive since some people felt he didn't have a strong home base of support despite actually winning the election overall nationally.

The Student Sayings Of Joe Friday On Fridays From Los Angeles, California Case Sixty-One

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

September XIXth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, No Constituency As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

At some points Detective Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department has to impress upon his squad the need to make deals to protect possible victims with say the media for example. There has been a child abduction in this case & as the situation is quite tragic here with a lot of people stressed, Det. Friday has II make a deal with a female reporter. She gets an exclusive interview with him about "just the facts" of the case. In exchange or "quid pro quo", the reporter agrees to hold off reporting evidence that might put other lives at risk of harm or death for a period of II days in order for the Detective to be able to conduct a proper investigation. She asks Det. Friday if they have a deal. The Detective rather smartly indicates in the affirmative.

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Progressive Conservative, No Constituency As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

It seems that Japanese adult film pornographic star Mana Aoki created a controversy without actually doing anything herself when she was removed from the cover of a school mathematics textbook when her sexually based activity's were revealed. Look, Ms. Aoki didn't do anything wrong & as is highly respected as an educator.

I. Her sexual encounters whether online for public viewing or private ones are for her fans and her partner(s) & her own pleasure. She is teaching students here about healthy sexual pleasure as well as the fact that sex can be a great exercise workout.

II. She is performing these videos with sexual actions on her own time & not on the time of her educational facility or in a classroom setting itself. So it really is not the school's business.

III. She is teaching students through these encounters valuable lessons in anatomy (particularly male students & lesbians), as well as getting them interested in scientific endeavours & the human body.

IV. On the mathematics front, you can see with a running count that she teaches students numerical activity's by letting folks watching the videos count the number of partners that she is practicing safe sex with by using sexual protection such as condoms &/or diaphragms.

V. Then there are the millions in Japanese Yen that her films & pictures are generating in tax revenue for His Imperial Majesty The Emperor Akihito & the Japanese treasury per year. With the Japanese economy not so hot, this cash is clearly a benefit for economics & mathematics students as the taxes generated are partly used to pay for the Japanese school system.

Dear Gordon:

I do not really feel sorry for the about to go back II work teachers in British Columbia or the Premier of B.C. & the Education Minister. I don't sympathize with either side, the teachers should have gone back to work while bargaining as they are rather spoiled there as in many places in Canada. Look at the Gaza Strip, almost all the schools there are destroyed & many students killed because of all the stupid murders over religion & territory. It is time for folks to really see the whole perspective.

Dear Gordon:

I must confess that there are times when I have a hell of a hard time staying focused or following directions due to my Aspergers Syndrome or "high functioning" autism. At the same time, I can be super observant & hyper focused when I'm doing things such as this blog. The key for helping these students to stay concentrated & focused is to find teachers that can adapt to their needs. For instance, I had a couple of teachers who encouraged me in mathematics since I couldn't count past the number thirty (30) to keep on counting Roman Numerals like I had been doing & then convert them back inII numbers & that seemed to be of tremendous help. Every student is different & teachers must be taught to never crack & have extreme patience in helping these remarkable kids overcome their challenges!

September XIIIth, MMXIV

Hon. Jeff Johnson, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Athabasca-Sturgeon-RedH2O

Dear Jeff:

President John Tyler had a tough go of things as he set the template for Presidential succession. As President William Harrison was the Ist President to die in office, President Tyler moved into the White House quickly & took the Oath of Office in order to keep the United States government moving. As a Chief Executive had never died before, many citizens saw him as illegitimate as he had been elected Vice-President & not President.

An Editor's Note: President Tyler was elected as a Whig Vice-President, but became a Democratic President shortly after taking over the top job. This was due to infighting with the Whig Party apparatus, unprecendented IV a sitting President. The President's lesson to students is about decent relationships among peoples & countries for peace as much as possible due to the futility of war.

"So far as it depends on the course of this government, our relations of good will and friendship will be sedulously cultivated with all nations."

Dear Jeff:

A missing VII (7) year old little girl's dress has been found in a clump of trees just north & east of Hollywood. Kidnapped & missing children detail for the Los Angeles Police Department is being temporarily headed by Sergeant Joe Friday due to a back injury sustained by his squad captain in a police car chase just VI (6) hours earlier. To get the investigation moving & keep his squad detail focused on the girl who is missing & not on their fallen commander, Sgt. Friday switches into crisis command mode.

"8:28PM, the area where the torn clothing was found was roped off for fingerprints & other physical evidence, none was found right away. Homicide Division was notified & joined in the investigation."

Dear Jeff:

I've always said that radio is the most intimate & educational broadcast medium. Now that Corus Radio & it's local news station 630 CHED AM have parted ways with Dan Tencer, perhaps its a good time for station managers like Syd Smith to allow Northern Alberta Institute Of Technology (NAIT) Radio students some on air broadcast time as guest co-hosts. In this way, Andrew can do a week or two of shows out of NAIT'S broadcast facility, & the students can reciprocate & come into CHED studios. As I attended NAIT business programs I can attest to the school's quality in terms of programs & instruction.

By doing this, the students gain confidence in live on-air broadcasting, plus they get mentored by Andrew Grose, the remaining host & other radio personalities at CHED & each of its affiliated stations (iNews 880, CISN FM, Fresh FM.) Plus Andrew gets to hang out with young people & be encouraging II them as they learn how II engage in dialogue on news & current affairs issues of the day. Not to mention the fact that NAIT can cross-promote its program on CHED's website & CHED can highlight this exchange on NAIT's website.

This Seems Like A Match Made In Heaven For Both 630 CHED & IV NAIT Radio Students,

Former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice, what can you say? Is this guy just the biggest loser in the world right now? You have to feel sorry for his wife (then fiance) who was hit in the elevator. I mean it is so sad how he was able to control her into marrying him & worst of all, a daughter was born into that home of domestic violence.
