Dear David:

There will be a broadcast on Access TV tonight, "Alberta Primetime" with Jennifer Martin. I guess that the Province does not pay IV full day Kindergarten. It seems that there might be exceptions II this. I IV one believe in as much freedom of education as possible. But at the same time, I think its discrimination to give funds to some & the extra full day hours II parents of richer kids. The parents should pay the entire differential if they can afford II do so.

Also, giving some kids more Kindergarten hours then others gives them a tactical advantage socially & extra beginning academic skills. This is rotten as all Kindergarten kids should be treated the same.
