Dear David:

Who would have thought that once again, "Law & Order": Year XX, Episode 456 on NBC Universal Television would do me one last honour with its final episode. Because: "In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by II separate yet equally important groups. The police who investigate crimes & the district attorney's who prosecute the offenders. These are there stories...boom, boom!"

The cops, all the way up to their sqaud commander, Lt. Anita Van Buren & further up the chain to District Attorney Jack McCoy banded together hard to track down a rogue teacher who was plotting on the internet to blow up a Manhattan District School in the City of New York proper. Their hard edged investigative skills and panache at getting extra information from informants and uncooperative witnesses led II the successful capture of the suspect & the safe detonation of the bombs. 15 mililon plus viewers a week in its 20th year, makes you wonder who the genius at NBC it was who cancelled the show.

School safety from threats both real & perceived both real & fictional as in this episode of tv show that Law & Order can still pack one hell of a punch. It also shows that there are still many stories left to tell. Alberta students, nay all students must be given the best of protection, no matter what the cost. Farewell Law & Order gang, you will be missed! And thanks one last time!

Casebook Closed,

Rory
