Dear David:

I really think its time David II remind students and their family's about how much better & tastier "Stevia" the sugar substitute is then "aspartame." Its about 300x sweeter, yet has no calories, thereIV lowering blood sugar. Especially good IV people with diabetes &/or cardiac problems as it comes from plant root.

Plus Stevia serves as a concoction that actually prevents gum disease and tooth decay. While aspartame actually causes it. My mom & I only eat Stevia now. Its available as a liquid &/or in packets in a powdered format at most fine supermarkets.

Regards,

Rory
