I just want to congratulate all of the candidates IV Mayor, City Council, Public & Catholic School Board Trustees who filed between 9am-12pm today for a run at public office. Serving the public at large is a noble goal & folks should not be afraid to take the plunge. I encourage students to listen to debates and discussions. Especially students who can whats good and whats bad about democracy. They themselves can then run in the future to try & make Edmonton a better place IV all in the future. In fact I extend my congratulations to all citizens who filed nomination papers Provincewide today.
