Dear David:

Federal Health Minister Leona Alukkaq, PC, MP deserves a lot of support & backing IV her new initiative II toughen regulations in terms of led content in toys. Toys are where (in conjunction with playing) a child's mind first begins to get stimulted. Causing him/her to want II learn & then enter the eduational system. So putting increased "parts per million (ppm)" on the toys regulative numbers makes sense for their proper physical & cognitive welfare on the start of their eduational journeys.
