Dear David:

Upon driving south along the Quesnell Bridge yesterday afternoon, my cousin (who is a Grade VII student) & I noticed that some of the construction workers were not wearing hard hats as per safety rules. Some were also not wearing eye protection &/or hearing protection when operating jackhammers & other noise making equipment. What is wrong with this world when a XIV year old boy knows more about safety procedures than the very crews themselves & the contactors performing the road repairs?

Tape Measure,

Rory
