I congratulate you on your refurbishment of Forest Heights Elementary School & others. But quite frankly I find it rather appalling in your announcement that you have no choice but II cut great teachers & their aides in order II do this with your announcement. I realize that you must strike a balance on line by line budgetary items, but you could have tried a lot harder.
