Dear David:

Students taking the Tourism Courses in High School & those working IV the summer in hotels definitely ought II know the value of making sure that their hotels & other places of residences need II be safe IV the weary traveller. Here at the Holiday Inn Express & another hotel, my mother & I have been treated with both kindness & courtesy. We were forced II temporarily relocate due II some smoke & water damage in another apartment of my mom's condo complex.

The rooms have been clean, the staff most courteous & gracious upon check-in & check-out. The housekeep;ing staff has been beyond excellent & each hotel has found us a successor hotel II stay at upon the next day when they became fully occupied with tourists. I highly suggest to High School Students that they take the Tourism Courses, in particular the ones on the Travel & Accomodation Sector, either through the Alberta Distance Learning Centre, or any other school that offers ADLC courses or a similiar course. Students must learn II realize that tourists are very vital II our economic well-being, as are folks who through no fault of their own have been displaced, &/or business travellers. Any student going inII this industry must treat them with dignity & respect.

Check-Out Is At XI (11) AM Sharp,

Rory
