Dear David:

In light of what happened II the XIX (19) year old Japanese exchange student at Niagara Falls, we need II redouble our efforts II make sure that young people (including students) & their family's are as safe as possible while attending tourist sites & other national landmarks: Ie: parks. I just cannot believe how sad this young student's last moments were, blown into the falls by a sudden wind gust into her umbrella. She never even got to say goodbye to her family. Peace be with her soul & may her family always remember her!
