Dear David:
What an awful gasoline/oil explosion in Kenya. Especially horrifying that all of those innocent young students were blown II bits. Horrifying IV their family's that these fine young people will never get a chance to learn, explore, & grow up II be a part of making humanity better: each in their own little way. And all because of a lousy errant cigarette.
The oil company's and Kenyan governing agency's of course need II improve standards. Folks also need to learn to be safe & not run around influencing young people by stealing gasoline from a pipe leak. A bunch of dead body's is just not worth the cost of saving a few bucks to fill a car or top up a lawnmower.
Repugnant,
Rory
