Dear Thomas:

Seems rather sad that another teen has killed themselves over being gay. XV year gay student Jamie Hubley was a good student, had friends, liked studying but couldn't take the peer pressure & insults lobbed at him. of course there will always be taunts from homophobic persons & kids who are just taught to be full of hatred & yes A.Y. Jackson School did what they could to provide administrative support. However, the Ottawa Catholic School Board needs II be more progressive on this like the Edmonton Public School Board & see if there are more ways that depressed kids (gay or straight) can be helped beIV they reach the grave decision to possible (or IV sure) terminate themselves.
