Dear Thomas:

So there is some word going around that the Edmonton Public School system wants II legislate & enforce II a greater degree anti-idling laws. While I agree that pollutants leaking inII the air with kids in the same general area is bad, how the hell an you ask a parent II turn off their engine when its -40 degrees centigrade only to have it fail upon restarting? Thus leaving the parent trapped & not able II get II school, home, or work. Its all just so overdone, legislatively speaking.

How About We Legislate Higher Test Scores While We're At It,
