Dear Thomas:

Congrats are to be given out to the musicians who scored Marvel Comics Enterprises (TM) & Marvel Entertainment Group's (TM) "Captain America: The First Avenger." It was announced the other day that "Star Spangled Man", the main theme IV the film has made the first preliminary stage towards becoming the Academy Award (TM) winning song IV Best Song Of The Year at next years Academy Awards (TM), to be held in Los Angeles, California.

This nomination is great b/c it shows kids that its all right II enjoy songs about heroes & pride in nationhood. Just like say with the movie that told the story of famous composer George Gershwin & headlined by James Cagney in an Oscar (TM) winning performance: "Yankee Doodle Dandy." Both movies stress to students & folks of all ages II be proud of your nation, & sing or express that pride through positive avenues, such as song & dance. Plus, it shows them that music composition & singing might be a good career path IV them to take.

The Red, White & Blue,

Rory
