"Mr. Prime Minister: Now that you have had II decades to reflect on it since the 1988 Free Trade Election Debate (& Free Trade's subsequent passage), & given that the Liberals were so opposed to the agreement; are there aspects of the agreement & the subsequent NAFTA agreement that have been good IV Canada? And what have in your view been the negative aspects?"
