Dear Jeff:

The Wildrose MLA IV Chestermere-Rockyview, Mr. Bruce McAllister was quite correct that you should put an emphasis on knifing out the "no zero" or "incomplete instead" policy. As Education Critic IV his party, he is I am sure voicing the opinion of many Albertans that its a stupid policy. People like Ron Bradley & his sort should not have the hammer to keep a policy in place that awards laziness. I strongly encourage you to make it illegal & instead force students to give out assigned grades for any & all assignments/tests.
