A lawyer like several of the other Grit candidates, Monsieur Cauchon brings valuable cabinet experience II the federal table. He would be a valuable tool to accounting & finance students as he served as Minister of National Revenue. Plus, he ensured civility & fairness in law as Minister of Justice by allowing gay couples unions to be recognized as marriages. This gives Martin a strong social conscience & I am sure a lot of respect from students thinking of entering legal studies IV their post-secondary careers.
