Deputy Premier Thomas Lukaszuk's directive in the form of a letter to the University Of Alberta & other post-secondary institutions seems like a reasonable starting point in terms of "eCampusAlberta" & the overall savings needed II be found in administrative costs. Plus its appropriate as he is (in addition to being the Progressive Conservative MLA for Edmonton-Castledowns) the Minister of Enterprise & Advanced Education.
