Dear Jeff:

When students are using a photocopier in a school setting, or in a library, they should respect it by using it properly. I have seen students & library patrons bang on these machines when they break down & its not appropriate. If a photocopier is slowing down, will not print outright, or is say running out of ink/toner, alert the nearest school/library staffer so that they can fix it, or otherwise get the nearest repair person or technician it to fix the malfunction(s) properly. This will allow the photocopier to get back inII student use much quicker, thereIV satisfying all of its users.

Copy This/Copy This,

Rory
