Dear Jeff:

Safety is sure coming first at the new Jasper Place EPL Branch Library. Extra heavy guard rails have been installed for patrons moving up & down the stairs, rather than by the elevator. This is great as it keeps visitors & library students of all ages safe as they conduct their studies.
