Dear Jeff:

Book trolleys are an important tool in a library. Not only do they keep books & items to be returned II the shelves by library staff organized, they are on wheels so that they can easily be moved around each branch. This allows the library staff to change & reconfigure the order of the books & items on the shelves in case sections or displays are moved around &/or changed II other parts of that said branch.
