Dear Jeff:

Holding a child(rens) hand is very important. Not only does it give them a sense of security from the parent or guardian, it also gives that adult the same sense of security. Plus, it gives the child the confidence to venture out in public & meet new people. Finding out who are good  people & who are strangers they should not talk to.
