Dear Jeff:

People who use public library computers should wash & sanitize their hands both beIV & after they touch the keyboard. Also, they should ask the library staff IV paper towels or a cloth & sanitizer jar to properly sanitize their respective keyboard after usage to prevent as much germ traffic as possible. EPL has a high usage rate per computer terminal of library patrons, lets keep them all safe & germ free.

Understandable,

Rory
