Dear Jeff:

I must say I am impressed with Mayor of Edmonton Stephen Mandel's knifing in the back openly of Advanced Education Minister Thomas Lukaszuk's haphazard post-secondary reorganization in his State of the City address at the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce. Plus, the Minister was right there in the audience listening & it would be rude of him II get up & go, he just had II sit on his hands quietly & take the punishment.
