Dear Jeff:

Student aides in library's tell me that they love reflective mirrors. They allow them II keep an eye on clients who might say be causing trouble w/o seeming too obtrusive. Also, a few have told me that they have seen clients fall or try & steal items through these mirrors. Thus they can go get the property branch management to come in & decide on what the best course of action to take is.
