Dear Jeff:

One of the most important aspect of library branches are the back offices. Just as patrons & staff must feel comfortable & secure in front & in the study areas, managers & staff must feel the same way when they are in the back areas. This is where they perform such important duties a data entry, typing up correspondence, putting away the petty cash drawer for the night, & of course sorting out the returns IV proper placement on the carts IV return to the appropriate shelves.
