Dear Jeff:

As students get older, they want to wear perfumes, colognes, & scents to not only smell clean, but to attract say a first boyfriend or girlfriend. In schools & libraries, they need to be careful about how much they wear as there are school students & library patrons with skin, nasal, & breathing sensitivities. These students/patrons can have an allergic reaction at the slightest smell or whiff of these chemical substances. As a result, its best to wear as little as possible, or no perfume/cologne/scent at all.

Keeping Everyone Safe,

Rory
