Agricultural & horticultural students here in Canada who are used to land need to realize that growing rice has its own unique challenges as rice crops are grown under water. For these unique challenges, farmers & teachers who have experience in growing rice should be brought inII Canadian schools the proper techniques for ensuring a quality crop here in case farmers want to try & use tributaries here to try & grow a North American supply.
