Dear Jeff:

When students don't get a good night's sleep, its quite often the case that their parent/guardian doesn't either b/c of worry over the child. Sleep is important to a child's brain b/c they need rest. Adults are taught to sleep VIII hours a night on average, young & growing students sometimes need X or more hours. This "sleep apnea" is a horrible scourge & the sooner that family's nip it in the bud, the better rested in the home everyone will be.
