Completion Rates

Dear Jeff:

While I agree with Edmonton Public School Board (EPSB) Chairwoman Sarah Hoffman that 76.5% as a high school completion rate across Edmonton is great & an overall improvement, its still quite a bit down from the 80.8% that the overall province averages. What I'd like to see is 100% completion rate, of course that can never happen, so a goal of 90% + shouldn't be unattainable at some future juncture.
