Dear Jeff:

What does it say when gangs of thugs, some adults, even some troubled students destroy playgrounds & parks? Clearly a place IV students to run, play, exercise, & socialize with other kids & their family's. It really causes the community to be destroyed as a whole when a playground isn't even safe to play in.
