Dear Jeff:

The Los Angeles Police Department & its officers such as Sergeant Joe Friday are this week trying to send out a message to youth troublemakers about the horrible conditions of prisons. They are trying to give out this warning to prevent possible future inmates b4 they committ any crimes & get them back on the straight & narrow. Here the Sarge talks about a notoriously scary & violent facility know as San Quentin Prison.

"You should pass the word ladies & gentleman: San Quentin's full of people that are hard to understand."

"In Cooperation With The Los Angeles Police Department & W.H. Parker: Chief Of Police",

Rory
