Dear Jeff:

The Los Angeles Police Department & its Juvenile Deputy Commander of Record IV the month: Sergeant Joe Friday sometimes fail in their direct talks with troubled youth & their family's. Sometimes its b/c either the youth or his/her parent or guardian is drunk, high, or both. Also, either party could be in denial about the garbage & uncalled IV activity the youth is in involved in or might become involved in. So Sgt. Friday has II sit down with the family IV a President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Democrat-New York family style fireside chat & be reassuring in his tone.

"We aren't accusing your son of anything ma'am. We're just trying to stop the trouble before it starts."

Noticing Every Detail No Matter How Trivial Is Part Of Police Work As It May Help In The Solution Of A Crime,

Rory
