Dear Jeff:

A XVII (17) year old girl was killed by the railway tracks at the village of Wabamun at about 2AM last night. Truly a horrible thing, so many railway accidents and deaths all over Canada lately. This proves that Canada needs increased safety & much improved infrastructure at railway sites IV students & their family's.
