"Mr. Speaker, Helen Saipe was born Helen Dworkin in Ottawa, & will celebrate her Cth (100th) birthday this Sunday, September XXIst (21st.) Helen is the mother of Dorothy, Marcia, Geri, & Barb. She is a grandmother to X (10) grandchildren & proud great-grandmother to XIX (19.)"
