The Parliamentarians-Rob Clarke, MP

October XIth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed.
Minister of Education,
Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow Byelection Candidate As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

Having Cree relatives myself, I am pleased to see that Rob Clarke, MP, a parliamentarian of Cree descent is happy with changes to give First Nations more control over the First Nations Education Act. This will definitely cut red tape & get monies on the ground to First Nations students faster.

"As a Cree, my home reserve is the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation in Saskatchewan. I would like to highlight the linguistic & cultural provisions included in this long-awaited, historic piece of legislation."

Number LXXII (72),

Rory
