We head next to Arizona which is one of several states that encompasses The Grand Canyon. The new State Governor Doug Ducey talks about getting funds & resources to classrooms directly. Having just been sworn in last month, Doug does so in the form of a Gubernatorial Executive Order, just the IInd one of his administration.

"5. The reports shall address the following: Maximizing the delivery of funds to teachers & classroom instruction."
