Suddenly I "have Georgia on mind" as I talk about Senator Johnny Isakson & The Peach State. Just like the Democratic Governor of Delaware, Johnny wants to make higher education a priority for all despite their income level. A definite trend is running here at Executive Dissertations, a different party & more conservative in focus, but the same message.
