Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of The Plantation State of Rhode Island sets out his thought process on how ticked off he & many of his North Carolinian constituents are about school bullying & that he wants to help it end. It would be confusing if Sheldon ran for The White House as he'd be President Whitehouse living in The White House!
