Dear Dave:

Once again heading to The Prairie State of Illinois, we find Senator Mark Kirk chatting about recovering from a stroke. & losing your ability to comprehend text & reading. As my late mother June died of a stroke, I can definitely see where the Senator is coming from. You have to reeducate your cognitive abilities from scratch & being a United States Senator entails a lot of reading!
