You can tell Senator Tom Cotton of The Wonder State of Arkansas is excited. It seems Tom & his very lovely bride Anna are now first time parents of what Tom terms as "Baby Cotton." Its great to see this federal government representative excited about becoming a dad & being a husband!

An Editor's Note: Mrs. Senator Anna Cotton has informed me that the baby (a little boy named Gabriel) is already less trouble than The Senator (the same situation with all dads, am I right ladies?) He only squawks & cries on the right hand side of his crib however so the Cottons have no worries as they know Gabe is a Republican.
