Senator Shelley Capito of The Panhandle State of West Virginia completes our "trifecta" West Virginian weekend with a focus in her thinking on how sickening human trafficking & slavery of people of all ages including kids is. At a symposium she starts off well by thanking her hosts at a panel discussion on the matter to get everyone in the conference room settled. A practice I thought ended during the watch of XVIth President Abraham Lincoln, Republican-Illinois & The Civil War.
