"A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand!"-Mr. Ryan

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

October XVIIIth, MMXV

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

As he grasps the arm here of retiring Congressman & Speaker John Boehner, current Congressman Paul Ryan of Wisconsin has to weigh his political options as to whether he feels that he wants to be the next Speaker Of The U.S. House Of Represenatives when Mr. Boehner retires on October XXXth. Paul knows the political game well & must orate the idea to family, friends, colleagues, & political science students about whether he has the stamina to go for the top job! Paul was the Vice-Presidential Candidate on the Republican side under Presidential Candidate & Former Governor Mitt Romney, Republican-Massachusetts. So he has been in "the big game" or the hunt for a higher political job before. This time it would be for the top job of the "legislative" branch rather than that of the "executive" branch! Right now he is leaning against it & with the stress of the job, I can't say I blame him.

"I've got nothing for you. I'm sorry, I haven't changed my mind."

Janesville,

Rory
