Dear Dave:

It seems Congressman Jimmy Duncan of Tennessee wants to talk about tuition being so expensive & how when he was in school, things were much more affordable. With the City Of Edmonton & other governments holding many costs to just inflation, this makes sense to listen to Jimmy.

"When I tell college students than in my first year at the University Of Tennessee tuition was $90 a quarter, gasps go through the room."
