Due to a computer glitch, Executive Dissertations wants to apologize to Oregon Congressman Greg Walden for placing him out of sequence & have him to get to heart of the issue of alternative energy. Strangely, this puts him in sort of an alliance with your NDP government & your carbon capture plan.
