Dear Dave:

California & its Congressman Tom McClintock are stating what needs to be done in terms of criticizing Former President George W. Bush, Republican-Texas (Retired) over a federal funding model that has failed students & family in terms of accountability. Party dissent seems to be more tolerated down in the States.

"It requires a more honest accounting of student performance, which is likely to give parents ammunition in demanding local school improvements."
